Oichi Kombucha LTD currently ships within the United Kingdom only.
You can place an order through our website by selecting the product(s) you wish to purchase and adding them to your basket. Items can be removed from your basket at any time before checkout. Payment for all goods must be made in full at the time of ordering.
We use secure payment facilities for all online purchases. You can pay for your order using major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, as well as secure online checkout options such as Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay, and other supported methods available at checkout.
All prices shown on our website are in UK pounds (£) and include Value Added Tax (VAT) at the current rate. Promotional prices apply only during the period stated.
Once an order has been confirmed, changes may not be possible and may incur additional charges or delays.
Order Cancellations
We reserve the right to cancel any order that we are unable to fulfil. This may include orders shipping to certain remote or hard-to-reach areas (for example, Scottish Isles or Northern Ireland), which we may not currently be able to serve.
If we need to cancel your order, we will contact you as soon as possible to explain the reason and issue a full refund for any payment you have made.
Shipping Times
We aim to dispatch orders within 5 working days of receiving your order. However, please allow up to 7 working daysfor dispatch, as we use a third-party courier and occasional delays may occur outside of our control.
