Returns & Refunds Policy – Oichi Kombucha LTD

At Oichi Kombucha LTD, we take great care to ensure your order arrives safely and in excellent condition. Due to the nature of our products, the following policy applies.
Perishable Goods
Our kombucha is a perishable food product. For this reason, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for items where:

You change your mind after ordering

The product has been opened
-
The product has been stored incorrectly after delivery
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Clear photographs of the damaged or incorrect items and packaging
Once reviewed, we will offer either:

A refund, where appropriate
Failed Deliveries & Address Issues
Please ensure that your delivery address is correct at checkout. We cannot be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
If an order is returned to us due to an address error, we may contact you to arrange redelivery (additional charges may apply).
Order Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled before they have been dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible due to the perishable nature of our products.
If you need to request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@oichikombucha.co.uk.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow up to 5–10 working days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
