Purchase Option Cancellation Policy

This Purchase Option Cancellation Policy explains when and how orders placed with Oichi Kombucha LTD can be cancelled.


Order Cancellation by the Customer

You may request to cancel your order before it has been dispatched.

Because our products are perishable, once an order has been prepared for dispatch or has left our premises, it cannot be cancelled.

Orders That Have Been Dispatched

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible. We are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for dispatched orders unless they arrive damaged, faulty, or incorrect (see our Returns & Refunds Policy).


Subscription or Repeating Purchase Options (if applicable)

If you offer subscription or recurring purchase options, customers may cancel or amend these before the next scheduled order is processed. Any changes must be made through the customer account area or by contacting us prior to dispatch of the next order.


Order Cancellation by Oichi Kombucha LTD

We reserve the right to cancel an order at any time if we are unable to fulfil it. This may include, but is not limited to:

  • Stock availability issues

  • Delivery restrictions or courier limitations

  • Errors in pricing or product information

If we cancel your order, we will notify you and issue a full refund to the original payment method.
